Cleanroom / Heat Tolerant Brushes

Some these brushes are pencil shaped applicator brushes with rigid acetal handle and Nylon bristles. Heat Tolerant/Cleanroom brushes are designed for use in Cleanroom and Autoclave environments. They are all made with plastic or stainless steel materials that are durable and non-shedding. Bristles are epoxy set with high temperature adhesive that is autoclavable. These materials make the brushes suitable for work in a Cleanroom. They will withstand most sterilizing environments. The brushes with Nylon fiber are perfect for use on delicate surfaces. The brushes need to be cleaned prior to being brought into a Cleanroom. The brush is typically used in situations where a round brush is needed to clean fine areas, and for applying liquids or fluids in a high temperature setting. Static dissipative ESD brushes are used in cleanrooms when electronic medical equipment need cleaning.
