This high volume flow-thru lubrication or applicator brush is made with 0.003" black Nylon filament and an aluminum body with 3/8"-24 (UNF) female thread and a 5/8" hexagonal base to allow wrench tightening. Aluminum body length is 1-1/8", diameter is 5/8" and the orifice size is 0.093". This high-quality brush can be used in robotic and non-robotic applications. The Nylon trim length is 7/16" and set with a chemical-resistant glue. 0.003" Nylon is ideal for use with adhesives, petroleum distillates and solvents. (Maximum use temperature 250ºF).
