This 90° angled high temperature (285°) fryer brush enables kitchen appliances to be cleaned even when oil is still hot. This fryer brush has a long handle for the safest possible reach into inner surfaces. Designed to clean inside, under and around a wide variety of kitchen cooking equipment. The fill material is 0.016" polyester. The brush length is 10" with a diameter of 7/8". Overall length is 23-1/2". The handle material is molded white plastic with a hang-up hole for convenient storage and has a single-stem 0.125" stainless steel base wire.
