2 x 11 Row 0.006" PEEK and Aluminum Handle Hand-Laced Brush

0.006" PEEK bristle with a hand-laced aluminum handle. The PEEK fill material is hand-laced with stainless steel wire into its handle for maximum fiber retention. This high-quality brush has a 2 x 11 row configuration, with a 7/16" trim, and a brush face of 1-1/4" x 1/4". These brushes can be used for detail cleaning items such as printed circuit boards and SMT assemblies in a wet environment. For a larger PEEK bristle brush see part # 33PA.

PEEK (polyetheretherketone) is a high-performance engineering plastic with outstanding resistance to harsh chemicals and heat along with excellent mechanical strength and stability. PEEK is a high temperature, chemical resistant alternative to Nylon. A little stiffer than Nylon of the same diameter and stays stiff when wet. PEEK bristle has a continuous use temperature of up to 480°F (250°C).
