Abrasive Nylon Cylinder Brushes >

Heavy density and high quality abrasive Nylon filament rotating brushes. Full face configurations provide even-surface scrubbing and deburring. Precision ground with diamond wheel ensuring uniform trim. Has an aluminum core and adapter.

Bonded Disc Brushes >

Rotating brushes used primarily to condition the surface of printed circuit boards and other metal surfaces. Layers of non-woven discs are compressed and formed around the center of the brush. Brushes are manufactured with polyurethane bond, increasing flexibility and maximizing brush life.

Bonded Flap Brushes >

Non-woven flaps extend outward from core of the cylinder brush yielding refined and consistent finish to printed circuit boards and metal surfaces. These spinning brushes are manufactured with a polyurethane bond to increase lifespan and create a flexible brush face.

• Cylinder (aka Roller) brushes are rotating brushes that are cylinder-shaped, and are generally longer than the diameter of the brush.
