Gordon Brush® offers a full line of metal free brushes for tube, glassware or other related cleaning applications. Four different configuration options are available: standard, flexible, rigid, and double leader. Our chemical resistant, non-scratch, metal free brushes are made with 100% FDA-compliant food grade polypropylene.
These brushes are made using polypropylene fills. Polypropylene fill material minimizes the potential for trapping bacteria and other contaminants. The fills are sturdy enough for thorough, reliable cleaning, but soft enough for safe, scratch-free use on most materials. Gordon Brush’s non-scratch metal free brushes are available in white only.

The Flexible Series > has a handle diameter of 1/4” or 1/8”, with brush diameters ranging from 1/4” to 1-1/4”.
The Standard Series > has a handle diameter of 3/8”, and brush diameters ranging from 3/4” to 2-1/2”.
The Rigid Series > has a handle diameter of 1/2", and brush diameters ranging from 3/4" to 3”
All of the above come in overall lengths of 12”, 18”, or 24”, in all cases the length of the brush part is 4”.
The Double Leader Series > is a push/pull through brush, with a handle diameter of 3/16”; brush length of 8”; brush diameters of 1/2", 3/4”, or 1”; and overall lengths of 24”, 36”, or 48”.
Standard Non-Scratch Metal Free Brushes
Gordon Brush®’s Standard Series of non-scratch metal free brushes include a semi-flexible stem for easy and effective cleaning inside of pipes and tubes with gradual bends. Available in three (3) overall lengths and eight (8) diameters; all models feature a soft-grip, 3/8” handle for user comfort. Our Flexible Series of non-scratch metal free brushes feature a highly flexible stem, making it easy to clean inside straight and curved pipes and tubes.
