S-shaped performance buffs, have a linen fill material, and are designed for edge banding and buffing in the wood or metal finishing industries. The S-shaped design allows the linen material to keep a constant pressure on the band, while removing any excess adhesive. This creates an end result that is a clean, finished, and has a bonded edge. This buff brush comes in two sizes: 150mm diameter with an inner diameter of 50mm or 190mm with an inner diameter of 40mm. Both buff sizes have a brush face width of 25mm.

Gordon Brush® buffs are constructed with many plies of linen cloth. Linen is a natural fiber consisting of cellulose fibers from the flax plant. It has very good tensile strength with a tenacity of 5.5 to 6.5 gm/den. Linen does not stress easily and has an elongation break of 2.7 to 3.5%. These buffs can be used to finish wooden or metallic surfaces within a multitude of manufacturing industries and businesses.
